Instant vegetable stock concentrate from tasty vegetables, seasoned with fine hints of spices and herbs and a subtle caramel note.

Perfect as base for soups and sauces or for professional seasoning, tasting and refining.

Dark brown viscous concentrated sauce with an intense taste of vegetables.

Application:
For preparing a vegetable sauce or for refining sauces, broths and soups. The concentrate can be added directly. The recommended dosage is 1+29. The taste can be changed by the dosage.

Ingredients:
Water, vegetable concentrate (16%) (leek, parsnip, parsley, fennel, cauliflower, carrot), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), sugar, seasoning, modified starch, acidifying agent (lactic acid), flavour, sunflower oil, turmeric, thickener (xanthan gum).
