Instant poultry stock concentrate from highly dosed, aromatic chicken broth, underlined by a hint of rosemary and a sophisticated mix of cooked and roasted notes.

Perfect as base for soups and sauces or for professional seasoning, tasting and refining.

Specification:
Light brown viscous concentrated sauce with a taste of chicken.

Application:
For preparing a poultry sauce or for refining sauces, broths and soups. The concentrate can be added directly. The recommended dosage is 1+29. The taste can be changed by the dosage.

Ingredients:
Water, yeast extract, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), sugar, poultry extract (8,0%), flavouring, modified starch, chicken fat, turmeric, thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant (rosemary extract)**.
