Game Stock liquid concentrate 1+29

Instant game stock concentrate made of an intense dark game bouillon, completed with a splash of fruity red wine, underlined by subtle notes of a zesty vegetable mix and slightly tart lingonberries.

Perfect as basis for soups and sauces or for professional seasoning, tasting and refining.

Application:
For preparing a game sauce or for refining sauces, broths and soups. The concentrate can be added directly. The recommended dosage is 1+29. The taste can be changed by the dosage.

For 1 litre fond we recomend 33 ml concentrate + 967 ml water.

Water, sugar, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, wild extract (8,0%), flavours, vegetables (tomato, onion, celery), caramel, red wine powder, acidity regulator (sodium lactate), cranberry juice concentrate, modified starch.
