Instant beef concentrate made of best South American beef, harmoniously underlined by mild flavours of roasted onions and a subtle spice bouquet.

Perfect as base for soups and sauces or for professional seasoning, tasting and refining.

Specification:
Dark brown viscous concentrated sauce with a strong taste of beef.

Application:
For preparing a beef sauce or for refining sauces, broths and soups. The concentrate can be added directly. The recommended dosage is 1+29. The taste can be changed by the dosage.

Ingredients:
Water, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, sugar, beef extract (7,5%), flavouring, modified starch, onion, thickener (xanthan gum).
