White Sauce

White sauce base made of vegetable fats, rice flour and selected spices for a great variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, etc.).

Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers!

Specification:
Mixture of fine constituents, to prepare a white basic sauce.

Application:
To prepare a white sauce base from which derive a variety of sauces (herbs, mustard, horse raddish etc.).

Ingredients:
Palm oil, modified starch, rice flour, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), maltodextrin, dried glucose syrup, seasoning, thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum), yeast extract, flavour, stabilizer (diphosphates), colouring vegetable concentrate (pumpkin), spice extract.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
