Specification:
Light brown powder to prepare a fine poultry sauce.

Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, modified starch, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), flavours, chicken fat (5%), palm oil, seasoning, yeast extract, caramel, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum), antioxidant (rosemary)**.
** No technological function in the brewed product, therefore does not require labeling on restaurant menus.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
