Fine grained light brown powder, poultry base that gives a pale brown gravy.
Application:
To prepare a lightly bond poultry sauce.
Ingredients:
Modified starch, maltodextrin, palm fat, starch, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), flavouring, seasoning, chicken fat (5%), yeast extract, sugar, caramel, paprika, rosemary, spice extract, antioxidant (rosemary extract)*.
* No technological function in the prepared product, therefore the labeling of additives on menus (acc. §9 ZZulV) is not required.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
