Sauce Chasseur

Sauce with two kinds of mushrooms, paprika, onion, bacon and a fresh herb bouquet.

Specification:
Grained  brown powder with mushroom slices, mushrooms and vegetables, which gives a fine hunter sauce.

Application:
To produce a hunter sauce.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, flavours, starch, vegetables (onion, paprika, parsley), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), modified starch, sunflower oil, freeze-dried mushrooms (5,0%), seasoning (soy), sugar, iodised salt (table salt, potassium iodate), red wine vinegar extract, bacon, dry glucose syrup, porcini mushrooms (0,3%), acidifier (citric acid), milk protein, thickener (guar gum), spice.
