Sauce Béchamel

Light sauce of flour, cream and nutmeg, ideal as companion sauce for casseroles, vegetables and gratins such as lasagna.

Free from added flavour enhancers!

Mixture of fine ingredients for preparing a Bechamel sauce. Bechamel is ideal for lasagne, Sc. Mornay and as Gratinsauce.

Palm oil, modified starch, maltodextrin, wheat flour, cream powder (9,4%), lactose, yeast extract, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), flavours, milk protein, stabilizer (diphosphate, trisodium citrate), nutmeg, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, alpha-tocopherol)*.
* No technological function in the prepared product, therefore the labeling of additives on menus (acc. §9 ZZulV) is not required.
