Fine velvety fish sauce with a well balanced acidity of lemon and white wine flavours.

Free from added flavour enhancers! Free from palm oil!

Mixture of fine constituents, to prepare a fine fish sauce.

Sunflower oil, modified starch, maltodextrin, dry glucose syrup, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), milk protein, yeast extract, flavours, seasonings, thickener (xanthan, guar gum), fish powder (0,5%), sugar, stabilizer (polyphosphates), acidifier (citric acid) ), colouring turmeric extract.
° without flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore no labeling on menus in germany necessary
