Base for Wine Cream Culinarium

Light and fluffy cream for preparation with milk and wine or juice for a smooth, pleasantly sourish dessert delight..

Cream triples its volume! For preparation with wine as well as juice!

Application:
Nannerl dessert cream powder can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs or pies.

Ingredients:
Sugar, dried glucose syrup, palm oil, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, milk protein, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, maltodextrin, thickener (xanthan gum), flavours, coloring turmeric extract.
