Mousse Vanilla Flavour Culinarium

The wonderful tender taste of fine Bourbon vanilla and fluffy mousse give a wonderful smooth flavour mix.

Cream doubles its volume! For preparation with milk as well as with milk and cream!

Light losse powder for preparing a vanilla mousse.

Nannerl mousse vanilla flavour can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies.

Sugar, palm oil, dried glucose syrup, gelatin, dextrose, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, milk protein, food colouring (pumpkinconcentrate), thickener (xanthan gum, carrageenan), acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates), emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavour, natural Bourbon vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, colouring turmeric extract.
