Mousse Strawberry Yoghurt Culinarium

The overwhelming fruity taste of fresh strawberries and creamy yoghurt make this pleasantly mousse a heavenly fluffy delight.

Cream doubles its volume! For preparation with milk as well as with milk and cream!

Light loose powder for preparing a strawberry yoghurt mousse.

Nannerl mousse strawberry yogurt can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies, etc.

Sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, palm oil, gelatin, modified starch, yoghurt powder (3,6%), milk protein, acidity regulator (citric acid), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), strawberry pieces (1,1%), flavours, food colouring (pumpkin), thickener (carrageenan), acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates).
