Mousse Strawberry Yoghurt Culinarium

The overwhelming fruity taste of fresh strawberries and creamy yoghurt make this pleasantly mousse a heavenly fluffy delight.

Cream doubles its volume! For preparation with milk as well as with milk and cream!

Light loose powder for preparing a strawberry yoghurt mousse.

Application:
Nannerl mousse strawberry yogurt can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies, etc.

Ingredients:
Sugar, dried glucose syrup, dextrose, coconut oil, gelatin (beef), modified starch, yoghurt powder (3,6%), acidifier (citric acid), beetroot powder, emulsifier (lactic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), strawberry pieces (1,1%), milk protein, flavourings, colouring food (pumpkin), acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates), thickening agents (carrageenan).
