Nannerl Mousse mango yogurt can also be used as filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies.
Ingredients:
Sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, palm oil, gelatin, modified starch, yoghurt powder (4,1%), milk protein, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidulant (citric acid), mango pieces and mango powder (2%) (contains maltodextrin), flavours, colouring turmeric extract, thickener (carrageenan), acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates).
