Nannerl mousse lime yogurt can also be used as filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies.
Ingredients:
Sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, palm oil, gelatin, modified starch, yoghurt powder (4.1%), milk protein, acidity regulator (citric acid), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavourings, lemon juice powder (0.4%) (contains maltodextrin), food colouring (concentrate from safflower, algae), thickener (carrageenan), acidity regulator (diphosphates, sodium phosphates), coloring turmeric extract.
