An airy mousse with a delicious creamy egg liqueur flavour and the perfect consistency for forming dumplings.

Specification:
Light loose powder for preparing a delicious mousse with egg liqueur taste.

Ingredients:
Sugar, coconut oil, modified starch, dried glucose syrup, milk protein, colouring foodstuff (safflower concentrate), flavourings, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidity regulator (disodium phosphates, tetrasodium diphosphates, calcium lactate), colouring turmeric extract, thickener (carrageenan).
° without flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore no labeling on menus in germany necessary
