Gingerbread Mousse Culinarium

The balanced flavour mix of coriander, cinnamon, all-spice and cloves, made perfect with real Bourbon vanilla and cocoa conjure a Christmas note on your dessert menu.

Specification:
Light brown powder with bites of ginger bread to prepare a ginger bread mousse.

Application:
Nannerl gingerbread mousse can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies.

Ingredients:
Sugar, ginger bread bites (17.8%) (wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, candis sugar, sugar, gingerbread spices [coriander, cinnamon, allspice, clove, mace, anise, cardamom], clarified butter, salt, leavening agent [ammonium, sodium and potassium carbonates], natural cinnamon flavour wiht other natural flvours, bourbon vanilla), coconut oil, modified starch, dry glucose syrup, skim cocoa, flavoring (contains milk), milk protein, emulsifier (lactic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidity regulator (sodium phosphate, diphosphate, calcium lactate), thickener (carrageenan), caramel.
