Gingerbread Mousse Culinarium

Nannerl gingerbread mousse can be used as a filling cream for example cream puffs, cakes or pies.

Sugar, ginger bread bites (17.8%) (wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, candis sugar, sugar, gingerbread spices [coriander, cinnamon, allspice, clove, mace, anise, cardamom], clarified butter, salt, leavening agent [ammonium, sodium and potassium carbonates], natural cinnamon, bourbon vanilla), palm oil, dried glucose syrup, gelatin, low-fat cocoa, modified starch, milk protein, flavour (contains milk), thickener (carrageenan), caramel, emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) acidity regulator (sodium phosphates, diphosphates).
