Classic jelly with the pleasant tartish flavour of Woodruff.

Application:
To produce a jelly with woodruff taste.

Ingredients:
Sugar, thickener (carrageenan), acidifier (fumaric acid), maltodextrin, firming agent (potassium chloride), colouring food (concentrate of safflower), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), flavouring, colouring (brilliant blue).
* without additional  substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 Annex II.
