Application:
To produce a jelly with lemon flavour.

Ingredients:
Sugar, thickening agent (carrageenan), acidifier (fumaric acid), maltodextrin, firming agent (potassium chloride), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), flavouring, colouring food (safflower concentrate).
