All-purpose Cream Base

Be it as a dessert crème or as a filling crème or for garnishing instead of whipped cream, all-purpose cream base is a versatile neutral cream, which is particularly suitable for sweets.

Crème triples its volume!

Pale powder, for preparing a dessert cream. Can be used either with a whisk or a beater.

Nannerl All-purpose Cream Base serves as a base for a large variety of desserts.

Dextrose, hydrogenated palm oil, dried glucose syrup, modified starch, sugar, maltodextrin, thickener (guar gum, carrageenan, sodium phosphate), milk protein, emulsifiers (E 471, E 472a, E472e).
