Waffle baking mix

Classic baking mix for preparing wonderfully loose, fluffy waffles with a hearty buttermilk taste and real bourbon vanilla.
For preparation, only water is needed.

Wheat flour, sugar, buttermilk powder, dry whole egg powder, sunflower oil, starch, glucose syrup, iodised salt (table salt, potassium iodate), emulsifiers (E 433, E 471, E 472b, E 477, E 481), stabilizer (potassium phosphates, diphosphates), milk protein, acidulant (tartaric acid), raising agent (E 500 ii), skimmed milk powder, natural bourbon vanilla extract, maltodextrin, vanilla seeds.
