Fine grained light brown powder, for preparing a spicy clear beef bouillon.

Application:
To produce clear soups. Suitable for refinement and as a base for soups and sauces.

Ingredients:
Iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, maltodextrin, starch, vegetable broth (hydrolysed plant protein, salt, sunflower oil), beef extract*, flavours, palm oil, natural flavours, caramel, acidifier (citric acid), turmeric, spice extract. * Min. 670 mg / l according to the EU assessment features
