Clear Vegetable Bouillon with fine herbs

Classic clear broth of the finest vegetable stock, based on carrots, parsnake and leeks, flavoured with typical soup spices.

Specification:
Fine grained  pale yellow powder of yeast and protein with vegetable pieces, for preparing a clear broth.

Application:
To produce clear soups. Suitable for refinement and as a base for soups and sauces.

Ingredients:
Iodized salt  (table salt, potassium iodate), maltodextrin, flavours, yeast extract, palm oil, seasoning, sugar, vegetables (1,27 %), (parsnips, leeks, carrots), parsley (0,4 %), curcuma.
* Without  additional  substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 Annex II.
