Beef Bouillon

Highly aromatic, rich beef Bouillon like a consommé with a subtle hint of Madeira.

Specification:
Fine grained light brown powder without vegetable pieces, for preparing a spicy clear beef bouillon.

Application:
For preparing clear beef soup. Suitable for refinement and as a base for soups and sauces.

Preparation:
Sprinkle 24 g soup mix in 1 liter of boiling water, stir and bring to a boil.

Ingredients:
Iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), maltodextrin, palm fat, beef extract [6,0%], seasoning (soy), flavours, spice extracts (contains celery).
