Delivery and Shipping Conditions

We deliver exclusively to business customers within Austria and Germany.

Austria:

• Shipping is usually carried out by Gebrüder Weiss or GLS.
• For goods with a value of more than EUR 200, we deliver free of charge.
• For goods with a value of up to EUR 200, we charge EUR 10 in shipping costs.
• The delivery time is usually 2–3 working days from the date of order placement.

Delivery is carried out as standard to the kerbside. The carrier is obliged to deliver the goods to the ramp, in front of the goods receiving entrance or in front of the business premises. This service is part of the standard delivery and is provided at no additional cost.

Scheduled deliveries, including next-day deliveries, are possible for an additional charge. The prerequisite is that the order is received by 12:00 noon at the latest.

Germany:

• Shipping is usually carried out by Gebrüder Weiss or GLS.
• For goods with a value of more than EUR 300, we deliver free of charge.
• For goods with a value of up to EUR 300, we charge EUR 14 in shipping costs.
• The delivery time is usually 3–5 working days from the date of order placement.

Delivery is carried out as standard to the kerbside. The carrier is obliged to deliver the goods to the ramp, in front of the goods receiving entrance or in front of the business premises. This service is part of the standard delivery and is provided at no additional cost.
