Agar-agar, is a tasteless-neutral powder which is characterized by a particularly high gelling force. It is a vegetable raw material, which is extracted from seaweed and sea grasses.
0.1 - 0.5% of the liquid
Dosage depends on the desired application and the desired texture. 1 dosing spoon (approx. 5 g) for approx. 1 liter of liquid for setting.
Dissolve in water. Then boil with vigorous stirring (100 ° C) until the powder is completely dissolved. Cooling down. Gelation occurs in the cool state.
Thickener (agar agar).
