Base for Sauce Bolognese

Classic meat sauce based on tomatoes, onions and a hint of garlic, seasoned with oregano, bay leaves, basil and rosemary.

Specification:

Application:
To prepare a Sauce Bolognese.

Ingredients:
Vegetables [36,7%] (tomato, onion, garlic), palm fat, sugar, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), modified starch, rice flour, flavourings, caramel, maltodextrin, seasoning, glucose syrup, yeast extract, herbs (oregano, bay leaf, basil, rosemary), acid (sodium diacetate), parsley.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
