The Falafel Mix is suitable for quick and easy preparation of falafel

Ingredients:
Chickpeas (37,5%), rice flour, potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier [mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], antioxidants [sodium metabisulphite], turmeric), vegetables (onions, garlic), spices (coriander, curry [turmeric, coriander, fenugreek seeds , peppers, cumin, ginger, black pepper, chili, cloves], paprika, chili, cumin), sunflower oil, iodised table salt (salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, parsley, maltodextrin, raising agent (E450, E500).
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.(Sulphites in the ready-to-consume product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
