Vanillin sugar

The typical sweet-spicy taste of vanilla as well as hints of clove result in this aromatic mix.

Vanilla sugar is mainly used for baking cakes. Best suitable for cake fillings, as well as sweet cream, ice cream, desserts or pastries.
It is also used  to refine whipped cream.

Ingredients:
Sugar, vanillin flavour, release agent (tricalcium phosphate).
