Vanilla sugar Bourbon

Tahiti vanilla pods have a sweet and aromatic flavour and an intense bloomy aroma.

Vanilla sugar is mainly used for baking cakes. Best suitable for cake fillings, as well as sweet cream, ice cream, desserts or pastries.

Specification / Application:
Bright and strong-tasting vanilla powder for refining a large variety of desserts.

Ingredients:
Sugar, natural Bourbon vanilla extract (5%), Bourbon vanilla seeds (0,8%)
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.

It is also used  to refine whipped cream.
