Earthy, bitter and spicy aroma with a slight piquancy and a slightly bitter note. Main component of curry mixtures.

Turmeric is wiedly used for Indian dishes such as rice, noodles or chutneys. Turmeric gives dishes a bright yellow colour.

Attention: Turmeric has high colour space and should be dosed with caution!
