Sweet paprika is best suitable for seasoning sausages, meat, fish, poultry and rice dishes as well as dark soups and sauces, vegetables, stews, cheeses, salads, marinades and eggs.
When heating paprika to dark brown caramel forms, so the paprika should be added as possible after heating or at the end of the heating period!
By deglazing with acid paprika remains stable in color!
