Specification:
This spice mixture suitable for fast and easy preparation of all kinds of vegetable dishes. Refines dishes with a delicate buttery flavour. It is ideally suited for vegetables such as carrots, peas, zucchini or cabbage.

Preparation:
Dosage: 45g per kg of vegetables
Frozen Vegetables: Sprinkle over frozen vegetables and steam it.
Blanched vegetables: Mix up spice blend with hot blanched vegetables or cold blanched vegetables and cook. (Note: Dissolve spice blend in water before using.)

Ingredients:
Modified starch, palm fat, iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, vegetables (onions, parsnips), flavour, sugar, herbs (parsley, chives, lovage, basil), dried glucose syrup, spices (pepper, nutmeg, turmeric).
