Vegetable seasoning with colour stabilization

Description:
This vegetable spice mixture is suitable for quick and easy preparation of vegetables of all kinds and gives them a fine taste.
It is suitable for green vegetables like spinach, peas, zucchini, kohlrabi and others.

Special feature:
Green vegetables retain the colour while keeping warm, e.g. in the Bain Marie.

Ingredients:
Iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), starch, sugar, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), granulated broth (digested vegetable protein, table salt, sunflower oil), yeast extract, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sunflower oil, calcium, spinach powder, flavours, vitamin E, parsnips, nutmeg, colouring turmeric extract.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
° without flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore no labeling on menus in germany necessary
