Tsatsiki seasoning
Spicy seasoning with an intense garlic note, refined with white pepper, herbs, onion and a pinch of chili.
Application:
For preparing tsatsiki according to recipe, also suitable for preparing dips, dressings and spreads.
Guideline recipe:
500 ml of yogurt, half a cucumber, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 20 grams of Tsatsiki seasoning.
Ingredients:
Garlic, iodised table salt (salt, potassium iodate), white pepper, oregano, onions, parsley, yeast extract, acidifier (citric acid), natural flavouring, release agent (cellulose), chili.
