To stabilize the natural colour of bright fruits and vegetables.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, acidifier (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
° without flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore no labeling on menus in germany necessary
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
