Thyme freeze-dried

Intense spicy aroma with a slightly peppery note.

Thyme is a classic culinary herb which is excellent for flavouring meat and stews for example (pork, beef, Lamb, venison).
Because of its intense flavour, it should be used very carefully when seasoning white meat (fish, chicken, veal and turkey).
Even vegetables (e.g. eggplant, peppers and zucchini), mushrooms, legumes, and potatoes, it gives a aromatic-spicy note.

Freeze dried thyme has three times more strength as  fresh thyme so please dose with caution!
