For making mashed potatoes and potato dough or for thickening.

Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers! Suitable for vegan nutrition!

Pale yellow flakes. Sealed under protective athmosphere!

For the preparation of mashed potatoes and potatopastries. Also used to thicken stews.

Potatoes, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium metabisulfite* [contains sulphites]), turmeric.
* not declarable in the prepared product.
** *no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.(sodium metabisulphite) in prepared product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
