Potato flakes for mash vegan

For making mashed potatoes and potato dough or for thickening.

Free from main allergens! Free from added flavour enhancers! Suitable for vegan nutrition!

Specification:
Pale yellow flakes. Sealed under protective athmosphere!

Application:
For the preparation of mashed potatoes and potatopastries. Also used to thicken stews.

Ingredients:
Potatoes, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, sodium metabisulfite*), turmeric.
° without flavour enhancers, colourings and preservatives, sulfite compounds, antioxidants and sweeteners with effect in the finished product, therefore no labeling on menus in germany necessary                                       
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.
