Onion-Bacon instant mix

Rustic-beefy salad marinade with finely smoked bacon and a piquant onion brunoise.

Application:
To produce a bacon-onion-dressing.

Ingredients:
Sugar, iodised salt (table salt, potassium iodate), maltodextrin, modified starch, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier [mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], antioxidants [ascorbyl palmitate * and sodium metabisulphite], turmeric), acidulant (citric acid), Onions (3,7%), bacon (3,0%), yeast extract, garlic juice powder, sunflower oil, flavors, thickener (xanthan gum), parsley, smoke flavour.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II. (E223 / Sulfites in the ready-to-consume product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
