Italian instant mix

Genuine Italian balsamic and a subtle Mediterranean blend of herbs refined with balsamic vinegar and fine garlic note.

Application:
To prepare an Italian salad with balsamic vinegar powder.

Ingredients:
Sugar, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), vegetables (onion, sweet peppers, leeks, tomatoes), acidifying agent (citric acid), balsamic vinegar powder (6,0%) (contains sulphite*), modified starch, spice extracts (garlic, pepper), mustard, herbs (2,6%) (celery leaves, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram), maltodextrin, thickener (xanthan gum), sunflower oil, flavours, seasoning (soy), spices.
*no added allergens in the recipe according to the current EU-regulation 1169/2011 schedule II.(E223 / sulfites in the ready-to-consume product below 10 ppm, therefore no allergenic potential)
