Tomato and Chili Base for dip sauce

Mix with curd cheese instead of sour cream and serve as a bread spread. Mix ready dip sauce with a pureed or finely chopped avocado and serve with baked potatoes.

Application areas:
This powder mixture with tomato powder, chili peppers and is an ideal base for dipping sauces. The finished sauce blends well with grilled meats or vegetables.

Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, tomato powder (25%), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), freeze-dried peppers, modified starch, orange juice powder, garlic powder, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), freeze-dried chives, flavour, chilli (0,5%), yeast extract, thickener (xanthan gum) , acidifying agent (citric acid).
* Without additional  substances with allergenic potential according to the current version of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 Annex II.
