Herbs & Garlic Base for dip sauce

Fresh herbs combined with a mild garlic flavour. Versatile in use, e.g. for baked potatoes or as a base for herb butter. Use joghurt instead of sour cream as light alternative.

Free from main allergens!

Application:
This powder mixture with garlic and Mediterranean herbs is an ideal base for dipping sauces. The finished sauce suits well with grilled meats or vegetables or as a dip sauce to raw food .

Use the dip sauce Herbs & Garlic to raw food platter.

Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, iodized salt  (table salt, potassium iodate), modified starch, herbs (3,5 %) (freeze- dried oregano, freeze dried basil, freeze dried thyme, parsley), garlic powder (3 %), spring onions, flavour, freeze-dried onions, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), yeast extract, thickener (xanthan gum), acidifying agent (citric acid).
* Without additional substances with allergenic potential according to the dated regulation ( EU ) 1169/2011 Annex II .
