Cold preparation:
Stir powder with a whisk according to volume table in cold water. Let it swell for 5 to 10 minutes and stir again. Then within 90 min. freeze to 2-5 ° C. At this temperature, the product can be stored for 3 days. Heating possible in the combi steamer, pot or bainmarie (at min. 72 ° C).
Hot Preparation:
Stir powder vigorously with a whisk in 80 ° C hot water, swell 5 minutes and stir again.
