Pepper Sauce

Flavoursome sauce made of green pepper and a sophisticated herb mix, an ideal companion to steak, meat and game.

Description:
Fine-grained uniform light brown powder with green peppery grains. The sauce was rounded off with typical spices.

Field of use:
For the production of pepper sauce and as the basis for further sauces.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, palm fat, modified starch, iodized food salt (food salt, potassium iodate), flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium perminsterate), milk sugar, pepper (3,7%), flavours (contains soy), caramel, sugar, onion powder, tomato powder, yeast extract, milk protein, thickener (carob bean flour, guar gum), paprikagranulate, dye (peppers extract), garlic, thyme, chives.
