Oxbouillon without visible ingredients (without onion)

Beefy bouillon made of tasty South American beef extract, subtle notes of vegetables, made perfect with lovage and muscat.

Specification:
Fine grained light brown powder, which gives a spicy clear beef bouillon in the preparation.

Application:
To produce clear soups. Suitable for refinement and as a base for soups and sauces.

Preparation:
22 g soup mix, sprinkle in 1 liter of boiling water, stir and bring to a boil.

Ingredients:
Iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, maltodextrin, yeast extract, potato starch, beef extract *, flavours, palm oil, caramel powder, acidifying agent (citric acid), turmeric, spice extract (nutmeg).
