Vegetable seasoning with colour stabilization
This vegetable spice mixture is suitable for quick and easy preparation of vegetables of all kinds and gives them a fine taste.
It is suitable for green vegetables like spinach, peas, zucchini, kohlrabi and others.
Green vegetables retain the colour while keeping warm, e.g. in the Bain Marie.
Iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), starch, sugar, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), granulated broth (digested vegetable protein, table salt, sunflower oil), yeast extract, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), sunflower oil, calcium, spinach powder, flavours, vitamin E. , parsnips, nutmeg, colouring turmeric extract.
