Cinnamon ground

This fine cinnamon impresses with its soft sweetness, which is complemented by a mild piquancy.

This sweet and fiery spice is mainly used for sweet dishes. So it finds itself in rice pudding, stewed fruit, fruit salads, hot drinks (mulled wine), pastries (Gingerbread) or steamed dumplings, but also enriches savory dishes such as meat and poultry dishes or vegetable dishes and soups.

Cinnamon has a high seasoning and should be dosed with caution!
