Caraway, one of the oldest spices ever, is not indispensable for bread and bakery products, sauces, salads, cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables, in cucumber, cabbage, beets, meat dishes, stews, goulash and potatoes. Is also used in liqueurs and brandies.
Caraway harmonizes very well with garlic.
