Natron cooking soda

Natron cooking soda can be used as a leavening agent in baked goods. By adding soda sour fruits get a balanced flavour because the acid gets bound. Vegetables get easily smooth.
Natron cooking soda is able to soften water therefore it unfolds a full flavour of coffee or tea.
