Application:
Flavour enhancers or glutamate occur naturally in tomatoes, cheese, soy and mushrooms. Glutamate is known in Asia for over 1500 years and is used to flavour a large variety of dishes.
Known as the "umami" flavour glutamate ensures a harmonious and rounded overall taste.
